What an account will be for
Two things, and only two. An email address, so you can get back in without a password. And one encrypted backup, so a lost phone is not a lost year.
The backup is encrypted on your phone, with a key that stays on your phone. We hold the locked file. We cannot open it, and neither can anyone who takes it from us.
And what it will not be
Not a requirement. The app is complete without one — every tracker, every chart, every reminder — because all of it runs on your phone and none of it needs us.
Not a copy of anything about your body. Nothing you log reaches this website, signed in or not.
The privacy page is the long version, and it is generated from the same file the app shows you.
